Career Catalyst
In this high-energy, practical session, Workplace Performance Expert and Global Keynote Speaker Henna Pryor, CSP breaks down what Executive Presence actually looks like in modern leadership — where authority must coexist with expertise.
Participants learn how presence shows up through three specific, observable behaviors:
1. Voice – How you sound when decisions are being made
2. Body – How you physically signal steadiness before you ever speak
3. Words – The subtle language shifts that either reinforce authority or quietly erode it
So you can lead conversations with credibility — whether you’re influencing up, across, or externally — and command trust in the moments that define your success for the long term.
