Individual Membership
Select the below category that best fits your membership needs. All individual memberships will last one year.

Active membership is open to all individuals employed by an institution, conference, athletics governance organization, professional sports team, league office, or other business in the industry of sports (agency, corporation, etc.).

Student/Intern membership is open to current students who are seeking careers in intercollegiate athletics or a sports related industry.

Retiree membership is open to individuals who previously served in sports and have entered retirement and are not actively working within the sports industry.

The Champion/Ally Membership is for individuals who support the Women Leaders mission to advance women in sports but do not work directly in sports.
Group Membership

NCAA Division I Group Memberships are open to all DI institutions or conferences. Group memberships start at six members.

This group membership option is for institutions or conferences in the NCAA DII & DIII, NAIA or NJCAA/Two-Year Colleges. Group memberships start at six members.

This group membership option is for sports organizations interested in a group membership but do not work directly on a college campus or conference office. This is for professional sports organizations and leagues, sport businesses, non-profits or any other business industry. Group memberships start at six members.

This group membership option is for all institutions or organizations interested in purchasing membership for their students or interns. Group memberships start at 6 members. $75.00 per member.
Discounted memberships are for organizations with six or more members. Organizations have the ability to edit their roster at any time.
Enterprise Membership
Enterprise Memberships serve as an extension of an organization’s people and talent strategy, helping to develop leaders, strengthen culture, and drive progress.

Enterprise Partners gain access to large group memberships so they can access year-round leadership training, career resources, and a powerful and supportive network of leaders working in sports.

We offer interactive, discussion-based learning experiences constructed to optimize individual performance in support of the overall organization’s success. We teach and coach on five pillars of leadership: performance, presence, mindset, influence, and strategy. Sessions are customized for large groups or small executive teams. With a partnership, we will build a development series based on your desired goals.

We are a powerful resource for leaders and organizations to recruit top talent in sports to their open positions. As an Enterprise Partner, you will have access to post your job openings on our Job Board, and we can curate candidate lists from our database for you to recruit from.

Our marquee leadership event is the Women Leaders National Convention, hosted every October in different cities. The event brings together 1200+ women working in sports for 2.5 days of professional growth and connection. As an Enterprise Partner you will have preferred pricing and access for members to attend this world-class leadership event.
