Throughout our history, Women Leaders in Sports has helped advance women across the sports industry by creating meaningful opportunities to cultivate the skills, confidence and connections that drive career growth and leadership success.
As a privately funded non-profit, we are committed to building the most powerful community of leaders working in sports - fueling the growth, performance, and success of women at every stage of their careers. Our work ensures women are prepared and supported throughout their journey as they grow, lead and succeed.

Our Mission
Research confirms - we need more women in leadership roles - and we want them to thrive. We want them to remain in the industry and succeed once they’re there.
We empower women working in sports to excel and advance at every stage of their careers by focusing on five core leadership pillars: Performance, Presence, Influence, Mindset, and Career Strategy.
These key competencies are delivered through the intersection of our influential network, focused experiences, curated resources and high-impact events.
Core to our mission is our Women of Color Commitment, presented by adidas established to broadly increase exposure across the industry; raise awareness of the barriers women of color experience; assist in building more inclusive communities of excellence; and expand the pipeline of women of color working in sport.
