A conversation with American University’s Kari De Hof (Assistant AD / Compliance) and Patty Medina (Associate AD / Student-Athlete Development and Inclusive Excellence) to discuss how they created their inclusive working relationship as a queer-identifying administrator and a strong ally administrator, and to hear what Title IX and Compliance look like in today’s environment. We will touch on what an inclusive environment looks like to them, how they manage up in terms of inclusion and workplace pride, and leave time at the end for questions from the group.
