Reghan Draper, originally from Canton, MI, joins Women Leaders in Sports with a background in sports management. She earned her Bachelor of Applied Arts in Sport Management with a minor in Communications from Central Michigan University, where she was also a sprinter on the Women’s Track and Field team and served as a team captain for two years.

She began her Master’s in Sport Administration in August 2023 and is on track to graduate on May 9, 2025. During her time at Central Michigan University, she worked as a Marketing and Fan Engagement Intern from 2023-2024, assisting in the planning, development, and execution of game-day promotions for Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Football, Women’s Lacrosse, Softball, and Baseball. Additionally, in Fall 2024, she served as the Student-Athlete Leadership and Development Intern, where she organized career and personal development programs for CMU student-athletes and managed community service opportunities.

Outside of work, Reghan enjoys attending sporting events, traveling, and lots of family and friends' time.
