Originally from Canton, Michigan, Reghan Draper brings a passion for sports and leadership development to her work with Women Leaders in Sports. She earned her Master of Sport Administration from Central Michigan University, where she was a member of the Women’s Track and Field team as a sprinter and served as a team captain for two years.
During her time at Central Michigan, Reghan gained valuable experience in both marketing and student-athlete development. As a Marketing and Fan Engagement Intern (2023–2024), she supported the planning and execution of game-day experiences across a variety of sports, including football, basketball, and Olympic programs. She also served as a Student-Athlete Leadership and Development Intern, where she helped coordinate career and personal development programming and supported community engagement opportunities for student-athletes.
Reghan enjoys creating meaningful experiences that bring people together through sports. Outside of work, she loves attending sporting events, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
