Natori is originally from Flint, MI, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science–Kinesiology and a Master of Arts in Sports Administration from Central Michigan University. While completing her master’s degree, she served as a Graduate Assistant for the Sports Administration program, supporting faculty, assisting with program operations, and collaborating with peers on research and academic projects.
In addition, she worked as a Marketing and Fan Engagement Intern for CMU Athletics and as a Student Activities, Recreation, and Events Coordinator with University Recreation. In these roles, she created marketing strategies and social media content to boost visibility and fan engagement, while also assisting with game-day execution for Football, Soccer, Wrestling, and Men’s and Women’s Basketball. Natori also gained experience in Student-Athlete Development by providing academic support to athletes.
Beyond CMU, she completed a marketing internship in Minor League Baseball, contributing to game-day promotions and fan experience initiatives. She also had the opportunity to work at the NFL Draft in Detroit, MI supporting event operations.
Outside of work, Natori enjoy traveling, exploring new restaurants, reading, and most recently working on conquering her fear of dogs.
