In her role as Manager of Partnership Activations, Megan leads the planning, execution, tracking and reporting on all partners' contractual activations and sponsorship elements. Since being hired in June 2023, she has served as the organization’s liaison with its corporate partners.

A two-sport student-athlete in basketball and soccer at Simpson College, Megan earned a bachelor's degree in sports administration with minors in marketing, management and coaching.

Before joining the Women Leaders staff, Megan was a championship manager and eligibility manager at the NAIA as well as an assistant coach for both basketball and soccer at her alma mater.

In her free time, the Kansas City native loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, crafting with her Cricut, watching and attending sporting events, and coaching girls grade school basketball with her sister.
