Madyson Cole, a Michigan native, joined Women Leaders in Sports team in March of 2022. At Women Leaders, Madyson's role is comprised of membership engagement, member management, member benefits, and the job board. 

Prior to Women Leaders, Madyson graduated in May 2022 from Kent State University with a Bachelor's degree in Sport Administration and a double minor in Marketing and Management. During her collegiate career, Madyson was a five-year softball student athlete participating at Kent State University (2019-22) and Rutgers University (2017-19).  

Madyson was heavily involved with the athletic department at Kent State as the Student-Athlete Development Intern and a Mid-American Conference Diversity and Inclusion Intern. She was the Vice President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and the SAAC rep for the Intercollegiate Athletics Committee. She was the only student-athlete on Kent State's Title IX Committee that worked to celebrate 50 years of Title IX and she was a part of the Competitiveness Committee for Kent State's Athletic Strategic Plan.

Madyson enjoys golfing, traveling, reading, and being active.
