Grace is a passionate coach, educator, and athletic leader driven by a lifelong commitment to championing women in sports and inspiring the next generation of female leaders.

Grace joins us after serving as an assistant softball coach at the University of Minnesota Crookston. She has led as a junior high and high school varsity head softball coach, building programs rooted in accountability, resilience, and leadership development—supporting young women to find and use their voices through sport.

Beyond coaching, Grace has worked with the Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union (IGHSAU), spanning multiple state championship events over the years. Working the court, mat, or field, her experiences reflect her commitment to advancing female athletics to the highest levels and supporting environments where female athletes are celebrated, visible, and valued.

Grace also brings experience in collegiate athletics consulting through her work with Elevate (formerly Bowlsby Sports Advisors), where she serves as a research assistant supporting executive leadership and coaching searches for NCAA institutions and conferences across all divisions. In this role, she contributed to candidate research, vetting, and market analysis, gaining a broad perspective on athletic department leadership structures and the evolving landscape of collegiate sports.

The Iowa native received both her bachelor's and master's degrees at the University of Iowa, where she competed for a season with the women's rowing team. Grace enjoys traveling, playing pickleball, and cheering on the Hawkeyes.
