Chyanne joined Women Leaders in Sports in March 2024 and has since played a pivotal role in furthering the organization’s vision. As Executive Assistant to the CEO and Manager of Administration and Special Projects, she collaborates daily with CEO Patti Phillips, providing high-level support and serving as a central connector across the organization and its broader network.

Chyanne’s role encompasses executive support and organizational leadership, overseeing executive communications, key engagements, and daily operations for the national office. She manages logistics for the Board of Directors and National Advisory Council, provides essential support for the Women Leaders Leadership Summits, and leads special projects that drive the organization’s strategic priorities. She plays a pivotal role in partnership and donor relations, collaborating with internal teams to drive successful outcomes and ensure the organization’s goals are met. Chyanne also oversees the Women Leaders e-commerce store, managing apparel partnerships, inventory, and on-site convention logistics.

Prior to joining Women Leaders, Chyanne served as Executive Assistant at Aon, where she provided high-level support to corporate leadership. She also held the role of Executive Assistant to the President and Social Media Manager at Cristo Rey Kansas City, overseeing executive communications and digital engagement. Her professional background includes experience as a Sales Support and as a Public Information Coordinator for the Hickman Mills C-1 School District, where she managed a wide range of communications initiatives.

A former collegiate softball player, Chyanne competed for two years at UW-Green Bay before continuing her athletic and academic journey with two years at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Sociology. Her experience as a student-athlete has provided her with a strong foundation in leadership, teamwork, and time management.

Chyanne lives full-time in Wisconsin with her German Shepherd and Maine Coon. She spends much of her free time outdoors, coaching younger girls’ softball teams and playing slow pitch softball herself. Her passion for empowering others and building community is evident both in her professional achievements and her personal pursuits.
