Alicia serves as Director of Membership Growth at Women Leaders in Sports, where she leads the strategic expansion of individual and organizational membership while creating a high-touch onboarding experience that connects new members to the community with immediate value. As the first point of connection for many partners and leaders, she focuses on building authentic relationships and integrating members into the Women Leaders ecosystem to drive long-term engagement and impact.

With more than a decade of experience in Division I athletics and nonprofit fundraising, Alicia joined Women Leaders in March 2026. A former student-athlete, she brings the mindset of a culture captain—thriving at the intersection of revenue strategy, community building, and elevated stakeholder experiences. She is passionate about building high-performing ecosystems where strategy meets purpose and every stakeholder feels a genuine sense of belonging.

Prior to Women Leaders, Alicia spent nearly a decade at Northwestern University and also held a leadership role with the St. Joseph’s Hospitals Foundation. She is known for delivering high-impact initiatives, from launching a temporary football stadium in two months to producing a 13-event international series in Dublin for thousands of NU donors and fans. A seasoned event strategist, she also directed two Northwestern Athletics Hall of Fame celebration weekends, blending athletic tradition with premier hospitality. Alicia is a process-driven leader who excels at turning ambitious ideas into scalable strategies and measurable results.

Alicia is a 2023 graduate of the Women Leaders Institute for Advancement and completed the Korn Ferry Leadership U program in 2025. She holds a Master of Education in Intercollegiate Athletic Leadership from the University of Washington and dual bachelor’s degrees in Marketing and Sports Management from North Central College.

While deeply committed to advancing leadership in sports, Alicia’s most important role is being a mom to her two children and spending time with her husband, Josh. Outside of work, she enjoys channeling her competitive spirit toward completing a marathon and exploring new beaches.
