We Are Women Leaders
Fewer than 10% of Fortune 500 companies are led by women, and there is similar underrepresentation across the sports industry with women at the top of organizations being few and far between. This lack of representation has fueled our purpose for over 45 years.
As a privately funded non-profit committed to transforming the landscape of leadership in sports, we are dedicated to empowering and equipping women to advance and excel throughout their careers.
Our Mission
Our research confirms - we need more women in leadership roles - and we want them to thrive. We want them to remain in the industry and succeed once they’re there. Through our work, we champion a comprehensive approach to leadership and career strategy development - one that builds influential networks, maximizes resources, and cultivates a mindset geared towards success. We offer curated support for women throughout all phases of their career and across all sectors of business.
Core to our mission is our Women of Color Commitment, presented by Adidas established to broadly increase exposure across the industry; raise awareness of the barriers women of color experience; assist in building more inclusive communities of excellence; and expand the pipeline of women of color working in sport.
