Megan Lankford
Manager of Partnership Activations
Megan joined the Women Leaders in Sports team in June 2023 as the Manager of Partnership Activations. Megan was a two-sport athlete at Simpson College where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sports Administration with minors in coaching, marketing, and management. She comes to the team after five years with the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics. In her most recent role, she served as a Championship Sport Manager. Megan managed four of the NAIA varsity sponsored sports and event planned for each National Championship.
Outside of work, Megan loves to surround herself in all thing’s sports. She coaches girls’ basketball with her older sister, Stephanie Lankford, who is also a member of the Women Leaders in Sports team. Megan loves spending time with friends, family and her fiancé Jimmy VanDyke!
